(Barcelona, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Virginia Pin, Win Systems Marketing Manager, summarizes the outstanding points of the first edition of ICE Barcelona 2025 in this in depth interview.

ICE Barcelona 2025: Virginia Pin from Win Systems reviews the key moments of the event

We began by asking Virginia Pin, Marketing Manager at Win Systems how she would describe the company's experience as exhibitors at ICE Barcelona and she highlighted that “ it has been extremely positive. The event provided us with an ideal platform to showcase our latest innovations and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. The record attendance and growing interest in our technological solutions highlighted the relevance of ICE in the industry”.

And added “Furthermore, since this was the first time the event was held in Barcelona, the experience was even more enriching. The choice of this city proved to be a great success, attracting operators and clients from all over the world, generating an unprecedented international turnout, and establishing ICE as a key meeting point for the gaming sector.”

Win Systems new products and markets

"During the event, we introduced several significant innovations that reflect our commitment to innovation in the gaming industry. We celebrated the 15th anniversary of our casino management system, WIGOS, which currently connects over 110,000 machines in casinos and gaming halls worldwide. This milestone underscores WIGOS' flexibility, reliability, and innovative features, which have been essential for operators in making strategic decisions and optimizing operations.

Additionally, we introduced the WinUp Wallet, a comprehensive solution that allows players to manage their funds quickly and easily from their mobile devices. This tool offers features such as top-ups, access to the Players Club, machine reservations, and food and beverage orders, significantly enhancing the user experience.

In our gaming division, we launched the Gold Club Symphony 4 electronic roulette, a new addition to the Symphony family. This four-position model stands out for its sleek and innovative design, making it ideal for compact spaces. It also offers an immersive gaming experience with the new Dynamic Paytable feature, allowing players to choose between three paytable options with different volatility levels and reward potential.

We also unveiled new games, including Money Grab, designed to deliver a unique gaming experience with innovative mechanics and an attractive bonus structure, as well as Hot Blitz and Jin Long, catering to various player profiles."

Trends of the gaming industry

“The trends that will shape the industry's near future will focus on digital transformation and enhancing the player experience. In terms of systems, the advancement of cashless gaming and the integration of various payment methods into digital wallets will be key to providing greater convenience and security for players while optimizing casino operations. Moreover, the application of artificial intelligence will play a crucial role in the industry, enabling better data utilization and the identification of behavior patterns. This will facilitate strategic decision-making and personalized gaming offerings, ultimately improving both the user experience and the operational efficiency of casinos”.

ICE Barcelona's impact on the LATAM region

“We believe ICE Barcelona had a significant impact on the LATAM region. The event served as a meeting point for Latin American operators and suppliers, facilitating knowledge exchange and business opportunities in the Latin American market," she said.

Challenges at the Spanish Market

"We recognize the challenges posed by regulatory fragmentation across Spain's autonomous communities. To address this, we adopt a flexible and adaptive approach, working closely with local regulators, authorities, and operators. This allows us to offer technological solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each region while staying within the existing legislative framework.”

“Our main goal is to provide solutions that not only comply with regional regulations but also meet the needs of both regulators and operators, ensuring a high-quality experience while maintaining full compliance”.

Upcoming events for Wyn Systems in 2025

“Looking ahead, we plan to attend several international trade shows in the coming months. Among the highlights are GAT Cartagena, Perú Gaming Show, and G2E Las Vegas, where we will continue showcasing our innovations and strengthening our presence in key markets.”
